Tata Indigo, India's first sedan, is adorned with state-of the-art features that offer not only total comfort and luxury, but international safety as well. The sedan segment has become more competitive because of the entry of new players like Maruti SX4 and Mahindra Renault Logan. Especially, the Mahindra Renault Logan 1.5L CRDi and Swift 1.3L Diesel(because of the heavy interest rate,part of the demand in the lower-end of the mid-size market has moved down to the hatch segment) is giving Indigo a tough battle.


The silent, 32 bit microprocessor based 1.4 litre, 70 PS engine with a high torque of 140 Nm offers the most contemporary diesel engine technology, featuring high pressure multiple injections, use of hydraulic and low friction mechanisms ensuring better combustion and more fuel efficiency.
